Series 100 Interim Update #09-10 - USAID Afghanistan/Pakistan Task Force (APTF)

The USAID Afghanistan/Pakistan Task Force (APTF), established on November 17, 2008, has been extended through December 31, 2009. All details are hereby extended. All Delegations of Authority and approvals, as previously articulated, will be extended. The APTF will report directly to the Administrator.

Revisions introduced in this IU includes refinements to OHR's authority to dispense disciplinary action, alternative discipline, the role of the deciding offical, use of indefinite suspensions, and policy and procedure in Adverse Actions. Also, the Tables of Offenses and Penalties has been revised to comply with the Executive Order of October 1, 2009 prohibiting texting while driving.
